Rules, Regulations & Agreement

Please review the following regulations carefully before proceeding.

By submitting your registration, you and your team members acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all the rules and conditions outlined below.

I. Team Composition & Eligibility

  • Team Size: Teams must consist of a minimum of two (2) and a maximum of five (5) members.
  • Institution: All members of a team must be students from the same institution.
  • Individual Participation: A student may only be a member of one team.

II. Project & Submission Guidelines

  • Problem Statement: Teams are free to select a problem statement of their choice from the five designated domains. Projects that address challenges spanning multiple domains are also welcome.
  • Originality: Your project must be original work, developed entirely for this hackathon.
  • Development: All project development, including coding and implementation, must commence on the day of the hackathon (20/09/2025). No work completed prior to the event will be permitted.
  • Final Registration: The final submission package must include:
    • An abstract summarizing your project (maximum of 250 words).
    • A presentation in PPT, PPTX, or PDF format (maximum file size of 10MB).

Note: Failure to comply with any of these rules may be considered grounds for the immediate disqualification of the entire team.
